2 teaspoons sesame oil

Prepare the vegetables: bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, celery, Napa cabbage, Japanese dry mushroom, Italian squash, garlic, and green onion.

Soak the vegetables in cold water with salt for about 45 minutes.

Mix 2 teaspoons of cornstarch with 4 teaspoons of water to thicken the sauce later.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of chicken base or MSG, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder to make the sauce.

Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the sauce mixture and set aside.

Boil water in a pot and add the carrots first, cooking for 1 minute.

Next, add the celery to the boiling water.

After the celery, add all the other vegetables to the pot but do not overcook them as they will be stir-fried later.

In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add garlic, being careful not to burn it.

Add the boiled vegetables to the pan with garlic and stir-fry them until they are colorful and cooked to your liking.

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
