In a bowl, add 80 grams washed sago, 500 milliliters water and soak for 1 hour.

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan, add 120 grams sugar, 2 tablespoons water and cook on low flames until it becomes thick, then remove it from heat.

Heat 2 teaspoons ghee in a pan, add 25 grams almonds and stir well.

Add 2 tablespoons cashews, 25 grams pistachios and roast for 2 - 3 minutes, then remove it from heat.

Take a pan, add 1 litre milk and bring it to a boil.

Add soaked sago and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add prepared caramel sauce and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add roasted nuts, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and cook until it becomes thick, then remove it from heat.
