1/2 cup grated coconut
2 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine rice flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit until frothy.

Add coconut milk and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the batter rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

Once the batter has risen, stir in mashed banana and cardamom.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with ghee.
