Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Mayo 1 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and water and knead it properly until your dough is soft and ready. Keep it aside and let rest for 5 minutes.

Make small balls and roll them into chapati form, then cook on tawa until 80% done and take it off.

In a bowl, add boneless chicken, salt, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, oregano, and red chili flakes. Marinate the chicken for about 10-15 mins.

Add oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken for about 8-10 mins or until water dries out. Remove it from flame and keep it aside.

In a bowl, add mayo, chili sauce, green chilies, garlic powder, cream, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and your sauce is ready.

Take chapati and equally place cheese, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, chicken pieces and sauce into four portions of each side of chapati. Flip each side over until properly folded.

Grill each side for 1 minute or make it in a sandwich maker.
