2 cups soft flour
5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/2 tsp pineapple flavor
2 tbsp melted butter

Mix 2 cups of soft flour, 5 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of grated nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of salt together and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk, and 1 cup of water. Mix well.

Add 1/2 tsp of pineapple flavor and mix until well combined.

Add 2 tbsp of melted butter and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until you reach the desired consistency.

Grease a frying pan with butter (or oil) and heat on medium.

Scoop some of the batter and pour it into the frying pan. Cook until the edges turn brown before flipping.

Repeat the process until all the batter is finished.
