400g blueberries
400g raspberries
400g cherries
400g aronia
sugar
walnuts
vanilla
semolina
500mL water

Prepare the phyllo dough according to package instructions.

Chop the walnuts and mix them with the semolina, sugar, and vanilla.

Layer the phyllo dough in a baking dish, adding the fruit and walnut mixture in between layers.

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.

While the baklava is baking, prepare the syrup by boiling 500g of sugar with 500mL of water until dissolved.

Once the baklava is done baking, pour the cold syrup over the hot baklava.
