1/2 cup vinegar
4 cups water
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dried thyme
4 cloves fresh garlic
3 cloves
1 habanera pepper
1/2 cup cassareep
