6 cloves
2 wiri wiri peppers
brown sugar

Chop the mutton into large pieces.

Add cooking oil to a large pot and heat it up.

Add 1 head of garlic (chopped) to the pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of cassareep to the pot.

Add the chopped mutton to the pot and brown it.

Add brown sugar to taste.

Add 1 stick of cinnamon and 6 cloves to the pot.

Add 2 whole wiri wiri peppers to the pot.

Pour in hot water to cover the meat.

Cover the pot and leave it to boil on low heat for about 40 minutes.
