2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 cup cassareep
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tablespoon orange peel, dried

Season the chicken with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, cassareep, and sugar and let it marinate for about two hours.
