Rinse the oxtail, pig foot, and pickle meat thoroughly.

Place all the meat into a pot.

Boil the meat in a lot of water for 40 minutes, changing the water after the first 20 minutes.

Remove the meat from the water immediately after boiling.

Add boiling water to the pot with the meat.

Add a few sticks of cinnamon to the pot.

Add lime peel or orange peel to the pot.

Add salt to taste, being careful not to over-salt.

Add the 2 red peppers to the pot.

Add about 1 tablespoon of white sugar to the pot.

Add Casser (Cava) to the pot, adjusting to taste.

Stir all the ingredients together in the pot.
