2 cups water
1 cup rice flour
1 cup corn flour
onion, as desired
curry leaves, as desired
green chili, as desired
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp black cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ginger crushed
salt, as desired
1/2 piece lemon juice
oil for fry

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, rice flour, corn flour, water, turmeric powder, black cumin seeds, sugar, crushed ginger, and salt. Mix well to form a batter.

Add chopped onion, curry leaves, and green chili to the batter as desired.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly to form a chilla.

Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.

Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with lemon juice.
