1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
Oil for cooking

In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, water, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies (if using) to the batter. Stir to combine.

Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.

Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
