In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, semolina, chopped onions, ginger, green chillies, shahjeera, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, and water to form a batter.

Add lemon juice to the batter and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out to form a chilla.

Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
