2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, slit
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add green chilies and sauté for another minute.

Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Once cooled, mix in the yogurt until well combined.

Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix gently.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
