HOW TO MAKE TAPIOCA!!!

Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat.

Add soaked tapioca pearls to the saucepan and stir well.

Cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and vanilla extract together.

Temper the egg yolks by slowly adding a few spoonfuls of the hot tapioca mixture.

Stir the tempered egg yolks back into the saucepan.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in butter and cinnamon.

Let the pudding cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm or chilled, garnished with additional cinnamon if desired.
