Introduce the dessert soup called Sakoo cantaloupe.
Start by making the broth using coconut water, coconut milk, and whole milk.
Add pandan leaves for aroma, which is optional.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cool completely.
Use small tapioca pearls, preferably rainbow-colored.
Boil lots of water in a pot and add the tapioca pearls once boiling.
Cook the tapioca pearls for about 12 to 15 minutes until they are translucent.
After 12 minutes, fish the pearls out into a bowl of cold water to stop cooking.
Drain the pearls using a sieve and rinse under cold water to remove excess starch.
Scoop out bite-sized pieces of cantaloupe and honeydew melon using a melon baller.
In a serving bowl, add a little tapioca at the bottom, followed by the melon pieces.
Pour the cooled broth over the tapioca and melon just before serving.
Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
