Add 4 grams dry yeast to the mixture in the bread maker.
Set the bread maker to dough mode and let it mix and rise.
Once the dough is ready, roll it into 12 balls.
Cover the dough balls and let them rest for at least 1 hour until risen.
Deep fry the dough balls on low heat for 30 seconds on each side.
Remove the donuts from the oil and coat them in sugar.
Poke a hole in each donut and add cream to fill them.
