1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/4 teaspoon stock cube powder

Cut 500 g boneless chicken into medium pieces.

Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 stock cube, 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons maida to the chicken and mix well to marinate for about 1 hour.

In a hot pan, add oil and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and crispy, then set aside.

In a hot pan, add 3 tablespoons butter and 5 chopped garlic cloves, frying for 1 minute without browning the garlic.

Add a handful of chopped spring onion (white) and fry for a few seconds.

Stir in 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon maida, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon stock cube powder, and a pinch of salt, cooking until the sauce thickens.
