Cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes until the mixture changes color and bubbles form.

Turn off the flame and add 1/4 cup grated coconut, mixing thoroughly.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature before adding the egg mixture to prevent scrambling.

Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix again until well combined.

Grease a flat dish with oil and pour the mixture in, pressing it down to set.
