1 lb cow liver
1 cup milk
2 medium onions
2 cups tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons lemon

Soak cow liver in milk for about 30 minutes to remove impurities and tenderize

Cut liver into bite-sized pieces and remove membrane and veins

Dice onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook diced vegetables until soft

Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan

Season with salt to help soften tomatoes
