1 cup of yogurt
2 tbsp. of flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. of dry mint
1 dessert spoon of salt

Wash the rice, and boil it in 1.5 liters of water until the rice is soft.

Beat an egg in a bowl, add yogurt and flour, mix very well.

Pour this mix slowly into the pot that has boiled rice in it.

Cook it on low heat; when it starts boiling, add butter, mint, and salt.

Cook for 2 more minutes for the flour to be cooked as well.
