Add water during the process to help remove the skin.
Blend the beans with red bell peppers, onion, and garlic until smooth, blending halfway for texture variation.
Add salt and stir to combine, then set aside.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add green onion leaves and green peppers.
Carefully add the eggs to the mixture while cooking, making a hole in the middle of the cooking batter to add the eggs.
Continue cooking until everything is done.
