Grate 4 medium-sized potatoes instead of mashing them.
Add 1 bowl of boiled corn, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves to the grated potatoes.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, oregano seasoning, and chili flakes.
Add 1 full bowl of grated processed cheese and 2 grated Amul cheese cubes to the mixture.
Mix everything well and add 3-4 tablespoons of fresh bread crumbs, then mix again.
Refrigerate the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
Take small portions of the mixture and stuff them with small cubes of processed cheese.
Prepare a corn flour slurry with 2 teaspoons of corn flour and water, making it thin.
Dip each ball in the corn flour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.
Refrigerate the balls for half an hour before frying.
Prepare a dip with 4 tablespoons of yogurt, salt, pepper, and oregano seasoning, mixing well with fresh coriander leaves.
Heat oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
