Pulse 1 cup of cooked sweet corn kernels roughly three times and set aside.
Grate 2 boiled potatoes and keep aside.
Grate roughly 100 grams of mozzarella cheese.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, coarsely pulsed corn, grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, salt, freshly crushed pepper, corn flour, and bread crumbs.
Mix all the ingredients together and knead gently until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls, using a little oil on your palms if the mixture is sticky.
Prepare a corn flour slurry by mixing 1 tablespoon of corn flour with a little water until it's not too thick or runny.
Dip each ball into the corn flour slurry and roll it in fresh bread crumbs.
Refrigerate the coated balls for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat enough oil in a kadai for deep frying the corn cheese balls.
Once the oil is hot, deep fry the balls on medium flame until golden brown.
