250 gms chicken mince/keema
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
3/4 tsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp onion, fine chopped
3 green chillies chopped
3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves chopped
4 cloves garlic, fine chopped
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
5 tbsp oil

Use fine chicken mince/keema available in store/online.

Fine chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic.

Take a bowl, add the chicken mince/keema and all the other items as shown in the video. Mix it well. Set aside for around 15 mins.

Take a tawa and add the oil. Heat it.

Now some oil to your palms.

Take out a small portion of the mix (around 30 gms) and form into a ball.

Now press the mix with your thumb and form a flattish kebab.

Gently place the formed kebab into the hot oil.

Continue forming for the balance mix.

Form 6-8 more kebabs and place them side by side.

Cook on medium heat 3-4 mins.

Now flip and continue the same way on the other side. Fry on other side on medium heat 3-4 mins.

Remove from oil and then repeat the same way for the balance mix.

Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
