Half Lemongrass - chopped
3 Cups - Rice - washed and rinsed
2 Cups - Coconut Milk
3 Cups - water
1 Tsp - Sugar
1/2 tsp - Salt
Half Onion - rough chopped
4 to 4 - ginger slices
1 cups - Raw Peanuts - Fry
1/2 Cup - Dried Anchovies
5 Boiled Eggs
1 Cucumber - Cut

Prepare the chili paste by blending together the dried chili, garlic cloves, chopped tomato, and chopped lemongrass.

In a pot, combine the washed rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, salt, rough chopped onion, and ginger slices. Cook until the rice is done and fluffy.

Fry the raw peanuts until golden brown.
