1 kilo empress chicken
2 lemongrass stalks
1 whole garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 cups basmati rice
5 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1 lemongrass stalk
2 inch ginger
1 pandan leaf
3 cups coconut milk
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons salt
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoons rice flour
peanuts
anchovies
cucumbers
sambal

Marinate the chicken with spices and coconut milk for at least an hour.

Fry peanuts and anchovies until golden brown.

Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

Prepare aromatics: garlic, shallot, lemongrass, ginger, pandan leaf.
