½ cup oats powder
½ cup rice flour
¼ cup semolina
½ cup yogurt
1 small onion, chopped
Freshly chopped coriander as required
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
Crushed pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp green chillies, chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 curry leaves, chopped
2 tbsps scraped fresh coconut
Ghee to drizzle
Coconut chutney to serve
Gunpowder with ghee to serve

Add oats powder, rice flour, semolina, yogurt, onion, coriander, ginger, crushed pepper, salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves and scraped coconut in a bowl.

Add sufficient water and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Heat ghee in a non-stick tawa, add spoons of mixture and spread it. Drizzle ghee on sides.

Turnover and cook on medium heat till golden brown.

Serve hot with coconut chutney and gunpowder with ghee.
