1 cup rolled oats
1 cup fine rava (semolina)
1.5 cups water
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon baking soda or Eno

Wash 1 cup of rolled oats under running water.

Transfer the washed oats to a bowl.

Add 1 cup of fine rava (semolina) to the bowl.

Pour in 1.5 cups of water and mix nicely.

Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, transfer the mixture to a mixer jar and grind well in two batches.

Add the batter to a bowl and use water to clean the mixer jar.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the batter and mix nicely until the desired consistency is reached.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of ghee to the batter and mix it in.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda or Eno to the batter and mix well.

Take one ladleful of batter and pour it onto a greased pan without spreading it.
