1 teaspoon red chili powder

3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons ghee
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
