1 cup pearl millet flour (Bajra Flour)
1 cup fenugreek leaves, washed and finely chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 strip green chili, finely chopped
water as needed

In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour, garlic powder, green chili, salt, and fenugreek leaves and mix well.

Add hot water and knead to make a soft dough.

Divide dough into equal parts and make small balls from the divided dough.

Sprinkle some flour on the floor or rolling board and flatten the dough ball by rolling with your palms to make it round.

Heat the pan or tawa and place bhakri on it (make sure the pan or tawa is hot).

Carefully place the bhakri on the tawa with the dusted side facing up.

Spread some water on the bhakri and flip it immediately, roasting from both sides with the help of your hand to help it puff up nicely.

Optionally, spread some ghee (or vegan butter for a vegan version) on the bhakri if desired.
