In a large bowl add all the ingredients (except water) and mix well.

Slowly add water to your mixture until the dough is formed and is slightly firm.

Heat a tava or non-stick pan on medium-low heat.

Create golf ball size rounds out of the dough and coat them in a little flour and roll out until you reach your desired thickness.

Place on heated tava/non-stick pan and let it cook for about a minute or until slightly golden.

Flip over and brush the top side with some oil. Flip over once more and brush the other side with some oil and cook until golden brown.

Serve warm with strawberry jam or achar.
