Fenugreek leaves: 1 pinch
Black cumin: 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
Food colour: 1 pinch
Green chilli: 3
Coriander leaves
Boiled & mashed chickpea: 100g
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tbsp
Salt: as per your taste
Garam masala: 2 pinch

Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, water, and oil. Knead and set aside.

For the potato filling, boil the potatoes in water, then mash them. Mix in crushed chilli, red chilli powder, salt, whole coriander, fenugreek leaves, black cumin, turmeric powder, food colour, chopped green chillies, and coriander leaves.

For the chickpea filling, mix the boiled and mashed chickpeas with red chilli powder, salt, and garam masala.
