In a separate pot, heat coconut milk and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Add the cooked tapioca pearls and sweet potatoes to the coconut milk mixture.
Gently stir in the banana slices and jackfruit pieces.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Add the glutinous rice balls to the mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled, garnished with additional jackfruit if desired.
