Mix 25 tablespoons bread flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1½ teaspoons instant yeast, and ¼ teaspoon salt until well mixed.

Add 8 tablespoons milk and 1 egg, then stir until well mixed.

Knead the dough until elastic.

Once the dough has come together, add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.

Round the dough and cover it to let it rest until doubled in size (30-60 minutes).

After 30-60 minutes, push out the air from the dough.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces, each about 50 grams.

Shape each piece into a ball and flatten it.

Add filling at the center of each flattened dough and pinch it together to form a tight seal.

Line the pan with baking paper and let the shaped dough rest for 20 minutes.

Brush the top of the dough with egg yolk.
