Combine 1 kilo of strong flour, 100 grams of butter, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add 600 ml of water and 600 ml of milk to the mixture along with 100 ml of olive oil.

Add 200 grams of sugar to one side and 2 sachets of yeast to the mixture.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour, covered with flour on top.

Punch down the dough after rising and divide it into 16 equal pieces, each weighing 125 grams.

Roll each piece into a ball and place them to rise for another hour, covered.

Preheat the oven to 175-180°C (347-356°F).

Bake for 20-25 minutes, then brush with butter for a glaze and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
