Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and fold in raisins, cinnamon, and zests.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
