Take 250 grams of boneless chicken.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of red chili powder, 0.5 teaspoons of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste, 0.5 teaspoons of garam masala, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt to the chicken.

Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of oil to the mixture.
