First, you will need 2 tablespoons of green onions, then 1 cup of diced yellow onion, 1 cup of diced string beans, 3/4 cup of diced carrots, and 1/3 cup of diced soaked shiitake mushrooms. You will also need 2 beaten eggs for your mixture.

When you dice the vegetables, dice them as small as possible for better taste.

Use colorful vegetables such as carrots, string beans, yellow onion, green onion, and shiitake mushrooms for an appealing look.

Use cooked rice that has been cooled in the refrigerator for a few hours instead of freshly cooked rice.

Heat up your wok on high heat and wait a few seconds until it is heated.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and spread it around the pan.

Add the yellow onions, green onions, and shiitake mushrooms into the pan and stir frequently until the yellow onions get some color.
