Add fresh oregano and vinegar to the crushed mixture and mix well.
Rub the marinade thoroughly into the pork strips using your hands.
Let the pork marinate overnight for better flavor.
Fill the skin of the pork with the marinated strips, packing them tightly.
Tie the skin closed with kitchen twine, making sure it is secure.
Prepare a pot of boiling water, adding the same spices used in the marinade, along with two cubes of pork broth and additional garlic and salt to taste.
Place the rolled pork into the boiling water, ensuring it is covered.
Cover the pot with foil to trap the steam and flavors.
Cook the pork in the boiling water until done, checking for tenderness.
