Prepare the lamb shoulder by removing the netting to allow for more flavor and moisture during cooking.

Make a liquid chicken stock using a stock powder or cube, ensuring it has a flavor you enjoy.
Pour the chicken stock around the lamb in the cooking vessel.
Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of razol hunu spice mix over the lamb, massaging it into the meat.
Season the lamb with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place the lamb in the oven and braise for 3 hours for optimal tenderness.
If short on time, mention that it can be cooked at a higher temperature for a quicker result, but this is not recommended for best results.
