50 g sugar raw

Fill 2 liters of filtered water into your TM bowl.

Add 50 g of raw sugar and bring the sugar water to boil for 12-15 minutes at 100C, speed 1.

Once water boils, add 3 tea bags through the mixing bowl lid and brew for 3 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and let the bowl cool completely to room temperature.

Put your scoby and 100 ml of the starter tea into a bottle.

Pour the cooled tea gently on top of the scoby and starter tea.

Let the new tea mixture sit undisturbed and out of direct sun for a few days to ferment.

Taste after 3 days, then again after 5 days to check the flavor.

Pour the kombucha into a bottle for storing/drinking.
