In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
Knead the dough for 8 minutes with your hand or mixer.
Place the dough in a well-oiled bowl and let it rise for about 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.
In a pan, add oil and cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute, then add garlic and green chilies, cooking until light golden.
Add chopped chicken and cook on high flame for about 10 minutes until cooked and water is dried.
Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of milk, mixing well until thickened.
Add soy sauce, black pepper, oregano, red chili powder, garam masala powder, red chili sauce, sriracha, and chili flakes, mixing well.
Optionally add mozzarella cheese and parsley, cooking for about 5 minutes until filling is dry.
Punch down the dough and knead for a minute, then cut into 10 equal parts.
Roll each dough ball into an elongated shape, place chicken filling on one edge, fold sides, and roll to close.
Place the rolls in a glazed pan leaving space between them and let rest for half an hour.
Brush the rolls with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Brush melted butter over the hot rolls.
