After proofing, divide the dough into 12 equal portions, each under 4 ounces.
Shape each portion into a smooth roll without seams.
Place the rolls in a greased 9"x13" pan in four lines of three.
Cover and let proof for another 45 minutes to 1 hour until they rise and proof into each other.
Check if rolls are proofed by pressing a finger into one; if it holds the indentation, they are ready to bake.
