1 tablespoon instant yeast (8g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
1/3 cup unsalted butter (75g)

In a bowl of stand mixer, mix together flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

Add milk and egg. Place bowl in a stand mixer and set at medium low or speed 2 for one minute, add unsalted butter. Then knead for 3 more minutes at the same speed. You can hand knead it too until smooth if not using a stand mixer.

Transfer to a floured counter. Divide into 16 equal pieces. Round and smooth into a ball. Place in an 11x11 inches square pan or any pan available for you. Cover for 10 to 15 minutes while preheating your oven at 200ºC or 400ºF. Brush with milk. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter.
