1 tsp plain flour/maida
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
1 small potato, chopped
2 tbsp green beans, chopped
2-3 tbsp carrots, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar, optional
1/4 cup milk
1 cup + 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup boiled vegetables (i used carrots, beans and peas, you can use broccoli, celery and sweet corn)

Add butter and flour to the cooker.

Roast flour till it turns golden brown.

Add onions and garlic; sauté for a minute.

Add chopped cabbage, potatoes, beans, and carrots.

Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Transfer to a mixer jar and blend to a coarse puree once it cools down.

Add the blended mixture to a saucepan.

Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, oregano, water, and milk; mix well and bring to a boil.

Add sugar, boiled vegetables, and red chilli flakes; let it boil for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
