Finely chop the coriander and discard the stalks, then combine all ingredients together in a bowl (minus the wraps).

Spread a layer of meat over a tortilla wrap.

Heat a frying pan and drizzle oil.

Cook meat side down for 3-5 minutes, using a spatula to press down until you hear the meat sizzling, then flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from pan, add salad and yogurt, flip over and enjoy!
