Roll tightly from one end to the other to form a log; pinch the ends to seal.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet; cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
