Preheat the oven to broil at 550 degrees.
Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of grapeseed oil on 2 salmon fillets and place them in the oven.
Broil the salmon for 8 minutes until cooked through.
Chop 1 small red onion and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Remove seeds from 1 red pepper, chop it, and add to the bowl.
Chop curly parsley and Italian parsley, removing most of the big stems, and add to the bowl.
Squeeze the juice of 1 medium lemon into the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl along with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
Cut the cooked salmon into pieces and add it to the bowl.
Mix the salmon into the tabouli salad until evenly distributed.
