This dish highlights the rich flavors of lamb, enhanced by the aromatic garlic and fresh herbs. Traditionally served during family gatherings or special occasions, it has gained popularity worldwide, with various adaptations reflecting local tastes. The combination of garlic and butter creates a luscious sauce that complements the natural flavor of the lamb, making it a favorite for both casual dinners and festive celebrations.

Wash and clean 5 lamb chops and place them in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme and 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary to the bowl.
Add over 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the bowl.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and add them to the bowl.
Add a small amount of finely chopped onion (over 1 teaspoon) to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of lamb seasoning, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, and 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs.
Add the seasoning mix to the butter and garlic in the bowl and mix to form a paste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the paste and mix well.
Use a paper towel to remove excess water from the lamb chops.
Rub the seasoning paste onto the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the lamb chops to the skillet and fry for at least 4 minutes on each side.
After 4 minutes, turn the lamb chops over and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and place them on a plate.
Add more butter (at least 2 tablespoons) to the skillet and allow it to melt.
Add the remaining garlic and onions to the skillet and sauté for 10-15 seconds.
Add the remaining seasoning paste and some parsley to the skillet.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to the skillet and stir.
Return the lamb chops to the skillet and pour the sauce over them.
Baste the lamb chops with the sauce for at least 4 minutes.
Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and place them on a plate, pouring the garlic buttery sauce over them.
